Fix it Gals are very professional and extremely timely. They repaired our dryer the next day. A week later, they connected our dishwasher. They are just what this area needed!

Our icemaker stopped working and Caroline came out at the time she said and her and the person with her were very professional and personable, they got right to work, had to purchase the part and had a couple of other jobs to do, but they came back that evening and fixed it. Our upright freezer was acting up so I called and spoke with Carolyn and explained the problem. She walked me through a series of questions and asked for the brand and model number. Since it was urgent, she came out that evening and had actually purchased a part based on our conversation. She had it fixed in about an hour and has called me the last two days just to make sure that everything was still working properly. That’s a level of service that you don’t see every day. So these ladies came to my rescue when the lock on my front loading washer broke. They had to drive 45 miles to get to me, twice and with a tropical storm bearing down on us. Ordering the part was a fiasco with FedEx but Carolyn contacted them daily to see what that the problem was and so I didn’t have to do it. She sent me updates daily and reimbursed me the overnight delivery charge when it took 4 days to get there. I will use them again for sure
